Q-ACE & Associates (Q-ACE) is duly registered under the Companies Act of Jamaica. Its core business includes; real estate development consultancy, project management, construction management, building construction, property management, architectural drafting and quantity surveying services.
Q-ACE is the brain child of the principal Raymond A. Johnson and was born out of the need to provide sound guidance in the area of project management to our clients who are the primary stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry.
Mr. Johnson is a construction engineer by profession and is the holder of a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Boston University, a Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering and Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
His experience also extends to product development, as he was instrumental in developing and implementing two products; one designed to assist financial institutions engaged in financing real estate development projects with technical assessment and project management expertise and the other offered project management services to returning Jamaicans living in the diaspora who are desirous of building a home on the “rock” (Jamaica).
Q-Ace’s clientele includes individuals and private investors in the Diaspora, United Kingdom, USA and Canada.
