Q-ACE mission is to provide our clients with sound investment advice and exceptional project management services that will steer construction and real estate projects to successful completion and profitability.
Our unique strategy is based on the experiences garnered over the years in assessing and managing construction projects of varying sizes. We will continue to use our experience, skills, talents, and other resources to leverage success for each of our clients.

Managing Director
Mr. Johnson is a construction engineer by profession and is the holder of a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Boston University, a Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering and Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Employed in both technical and project management capacities in public sector companies, as well as central government, his experience spans a broad area of the construction sector and includes residential, commercial and educational building construction, as well as civil infrastructure works.
His experience also extends to product development, as he was instrumental in developing and implementing two products; one designed to assist financial institutions engaged in financing real estate development projects with technical assessment and project management expertise and the other offered project management services to returning Jamaicans living in the diaspora who are desirous of building a home on the “rock” (Jamaica).
Q-Ace’s clientele includes individuals and private investors in the Diaspora, United Kingdom, USA and Canada.
